Approved GHRH analog + GHRP
Tesamorelin + Ipamorelin
Blend
What it is
A 5 mg + 5 mg (or similar) vial pairing tesamorelin with ipamorelin. Tesamorelin is the stabilized GHRH analog with a real visceral-fat indication as Egrifta. Ipamorelin is the pulse trigger. Research vials of the mix are not Egrifta pens.
Benefits in plain language
What researchers and reference users usually mean when they talk about this compound. These are study themes and common claims — not a promise that it will do this in you.
- What people want: tesamorelin’s visceral-fat / GH-axis story plus ipamorelin’s pulse, without running two vials.
- The approved tesamorelin dose is 2 mg daily of the branded product — a blend vial does not automatically equal that.
- Read the Tesamorelin monograph for the labeled drug logic.
If a branded, FDA-approved product exists, that label is the only dose that is actually authorized. Research-chemical vials are a different object.
Mechanism of action
Tesamorelin: GHRH-receptor analog. Ipamorelin: GHSR agonist. Same two-door idea as CJC + ipa, with tesamorelin as the GHRH side.
Possible side effects / caveats
Injection reactions, glucose creep, water, and the legal/quality gap between Egrifta and a mixed research cake.
