What it is
Sermorelin (GHRH 1-29) plus ipamorelin in one vial is the older clinic-style GH blend. Same idea as CJC-no-DAC + ipa, with sermorelin as the familiar GHRH name.
Benefits in plain language
What researchers and reference users usually mean when they talk about this compound. These are study themes and common claims — not a promise that it will do this in you.
- What people want: nighttime GH support and sleep/recovery talk without DAC.
- Functionally close to CJC-no-DAC + ipamorelin. The difference is the GHRH analog, not a new trick.
- See Sermorelin and Ipamorelin solo pages.
If a branded, FDA-approved product exists, that label is the only dose that is actually authorized. Research-chemical vials are a different object.
Mechanism of action
Sermorelin occupies the GHRH receptor for a short pulse; ipamorelin hits GHSR.
Possible side effects / caveats
Same family: water, flush, glucose, injection-site.
