What it is
Some anti-aging menus put sermorelin, CJC-1295, and ipamorelin in one protocol or one vial. That is two GHRH-side names plus one GHRP. Adding both sermorelin and CJC is overlapping doors, not a third magic receptor.
Benefits in plain language
What researchers and reference users usually mean when they talk about this compound. These are study themes and common claims — not a promise that it will do this in you.
- What clinics pitch: “full GH restore.”
- You usually want one GHRH analog plus ipamorelin, not both GHRH analogs blindly.
- Check DAC vs no-DAC on the CJC line.
If a branded, FDA-approved product exists, that label is the only dose that is actually authorized. Research-chemical vials are a different object.
Mechanism of action
Sermorelin and CJC-no-DAC both hit GHRH-R. Ipamorelin hits GHSR. Redundant GHRH if both are full dose.
Possible side effects / caveats
Water, glucose, cost, and a messy ratio.
