Nootropic pair · often nasal
Semax + Selank
Blend
What it is
A two-vial or co-mixed pair of Semax and Selank. Semax is the “focus / brain-stamina” ACTH fragment. Selank is the “calm without a nap” tuftsin analog. Sold together because people want both tones in one morning.
Benefits in plain language
What researchers and reference users usually mean when they talk about this compound. These are study themes and common claims — not a promise that it will do this in you.
- What people want: clearer head plus less edge, usually as nasal drops or sprays.
- NA-Semax and NA-Selank are the acetylated cousins already in this library.
- Two different peptides. A blend does not make a new clinical trial.
If a branded, FDA-approved product exists, that label is the only dose that is actually authorized. Research-chemical vials are a different object.
Mechanism of action
Semax: BDNF / monoamine talk. Selank: tuftsin, GABA/enkephalin themes. Complementary marketing, not a published receptor heterodimer.
Possible side effects / caveats
Nasal sting, overstimulation if Semax is high, flattening if Selank is high. Hard to tell which one did it in a mix.
