What it is

Mito Prime (MitoPrime) is a shop blend, usually NAD+ 100 mg + MOTS-c 10 mg + 5-Amino-1MQ 10 mg (120 mg). Only MOTS-c is a true peptide. NAD+ is a coenzyme. 5-Amino-1MQ is a small-molecule NNMT blocker already in this library as its own page.

Benefits in plain language

What researchers and reference users usually mean when they talk about this compound. These are study themes and common claims — not a promise that it will do this in you.

If a branded, FDA-approved product exists, that label is the only dose that is actually authorized. Research-chemical vials are a different object.

Mechanism of action

NAD+: redox cofactor for sirtuins and PARPs. MOTS-c: mitochondrial-encoded peptide, AMPK-linked metabolic models. 5-Amino-1MQ: NNMT inhibition that can spare NAD+ in fat-cell research. Three different chemistries, one cake.

Possible side effects / caveats

NAD+ flush or tightness, unknown 5-Amino-1MQ human dose window, MOTS-c still early in people. Fixed ratio again.
