What it is

Lipo-C is a compounded “fat shot,” not a research peptide. The core is MIC — methionine, inositol, choline — plus vitamin B12. Some pharmacies add carnitine, B5, or leucine. Hallandale-style Bio Boost is often methionine 25 mg, inositol 50 mg, choline 50 mg, and cyanocobalamin 1 mg per mL.

Benefits in plain language

What researchers and reference users usually mean when they talk about this compound. These are study themes and common claims — not a promise that it will do this in you.

If a branded, FDA-approved product exists, that label is the only dose that is actually authorized. Research-chemical vials are a different object.

Mechanism of action

Methionine donates methyl groups. Choline helps package liver fat into VLDL. Inositol shows up in insulin-signaling talk. B12 is a cofactor, not a fat-burner.

Possible side effects / caveats

Injection sting, rare B12 sensitivity, and disappointment if diet does not change. Not an uncoupling drug and not a GLP-1.
