What it is
Hexarelin (examorelin) is a potent GHRP used in cardiovascular and GH-secretagogue research. It is not an approved GH drug.
Benefits in plain language
What researchers and reference users usually mean when they talk about this compound. These are study themes and common claims — not a promise that it will do this in you.
- One of the stronger GHRPs. Big GH pulse, more cardiac-receptor and desensitization talk than ipamorelin.
- People chased it for GH output. Many moved away because it can wear out the response faster.
- Not first-line in modern secretagogue write-ups.
If a branded, FDA-approved product exists, that label is the only dose that is actually authorized. Research-chemical vials are a different object.
Mechanism of action
Strong GHSR agonism. Some literature also explored cardiac GHSR effects independent of the GH pulse.
Possible side effects / caveats
Same secretagogue cluster plus more discussion of tachyphylaxis if pulsed many times daily for long stretches. Cortisol/prolactin spillover is often listed as higher than ipamorelin.
Protocol ranges
