TB-500 + BPC-157 + KPV · also sold as Tri-Heal
Coremend
Blend
What it is
Coremend is a research-shop name for TB-500, BPC-157, and KPV in one vial. The heavy version is usually 25 mg TB-500 + 10 mg BPC-157 + 10 mg KPV (45 mg). Some kits are 10/10/10. Peptide Research Institute and others also sell the same trio as Tri-Heal.
Benefits in plain language
What researchers and reference users usually mean when they talk about this compound. These are study themes and common claims — not a promise that it will do this in you.
- What people want: Wolverine repair plus KPV’s “calm the angry tissue / gut” story, weighted toward TB-500 in the 25/10/10 vial.
- Not Glow — there is no GHK-Cu here. Not classic Wolverine — KPV is extra and the TB-500 share is often higher.
- Formulas differ by vendor. Read the milligram split on that COA, not just the brand name.
If a branded, FDA-approved product exists, that label is the only dose that is actually authorized. Research-chemical vials are a different object.
Mechanism of action
TB-500/TB4: actin and migration. BPC-157: cytoprotection and angiogenesis talk. KPV: short α-MSH fragment studied for inflammatory signaling and barrier models. Combined vial ≠ combined trial.
Possible side effects / caveats
Same as the three parts. You cannot raise BPC without also raising TB-500 and KPV when they share a cake.
