What it is

BAM15 is a mitochondrial uncoupling compound studied for energy expenditure in animals. It is not a peptide. Uncouplers waste the proton gradient as heat โ€” that is the point, and the danger.

Benefits in plain language

What researchers and reference users usually mean when they talk about this compound. These are study themes and common claims โ€” not a promise that it will do this in you.

If a branded, FDA-approved product exists, that label is the only dose that is actually authorized. Research-chemical vials are a different object.

Mechanism of action

Milder, more mitochondria-selective uncoupling than classical DNP in the research narrative. The mechanism is still leaking the battery.

Possible side effects / caveats

Hyperthermia-class risk is the honest frame for any uncoupler. Do not publish a human milligram protocol as if it were BPC-157.
